THE VERBIER FRAME

MONOCOQUE
The MONOCOQUE construction is one of the most effective concept to obtain an ultra light frame .
The monocoque technology provides the perfect blend of composite materials not only on the outer visible, but also inside of the frame, avoiding any failure at the connection points, compared with the traditional method and cost of building frames.
The painting is more durable because of the lack of union points. The tension is distributed optimally over the entire structure, without joint, without junction, critical areas are minimized. This frame can resist all km, the structure never  loses anything in performance, a VERBIER will survive for years. Do you need more reasons to choose a  VERBIER monocque frame ???. A minimalist style.

The construction of a frame as light is only possible using computer simulations. Thanks to the use of CAO and FEM ( Finite Element Method) programs it is possible to simulate the constraints of the framework. Any weaknesses and all loads of material are immediately detected and can be corrected immediately. All VERBIER frames are conform to European standards CEN regarded as particularly severe. And there's also this beautiful curve that only the monocoque technology provides. In addition to being effective, the Verbier is beautiful.

Le cadre du Verbier
L’utilisation de la technologie VIPER HMF (High Modulus Fiber) a permis d’atteindre un poids extrême de 980 grammes. Les pièces sont découpées selon la forme souhaitée, l'angle des fibres étant également orienté de manière précise. Ainsi, les fibres de carbone sont spécifiquement positionnées afin de mieux résister à certaines charges et sollicitations. La fibre High Modulus permet une grande flexibilité dans la conception et le profilage des tubes. A la clé, un confort de Pullman et une rigidité exemplaire pour le VERBIER.

Monocoque
La construction monocoque est un des concepts les plus efficaces pour obtenir un cadre ultra-léger. La technologie monocoque assure la fusion parfaite des matériaux composites, non seulement sur les couches externes visibles, mais aussi à l’intérieur, évitant ainsi toute fatigue aux points d’union, en comparaison avec la méthode traditionnelle et plus économique de construction de cadres. La peinture se conserve mieux du fait de l’inexistence de points d’union.
La tension est répartie de façon optimale sur toute la structure, sans jointures, sans raccord, les zones critiques étant ainsi minimisées. Ceci se traduit par le fait que le cadre résiste à tous les kilomètres, la structure ne perdant en rien sa performance : un Verbier se gardera des années… Avez-vous besoin de plus de raisons pour choisir un cadre monocoque VERBIER?
Les pattes arrière en alu, permettent de supporter les charges élevées, comme des accélérations brutales et assurent une excellente rigidité du train roulant arrière. Les accélérations sont fulgurantes et immédiates.

D’éventuelles faiblesses ainsi que toutes surcharges de matière  sont immédiatement décelées et peuvent être corrigées sur-le-champs. Tous les cadres VERBIER sont conformes aux normes CEN européennes considérées comme particulièrement sévères. Et puis, ll y a aussi cette superbe courbe du cadre que seule la technologie monocoque permet d’obtenir. En plus d’être efficace, le VERBIER est beau.

Het Verbier Frame :
Het gebruik van de technologie Viper HMF heeft het mogelijk gemaakt om een uiterst gewicht van 980grs te bereiken. De stukken worden volgens de gewenste vorm gesneden, de hoek van de vezels worden eveneens op nauwkeurige wijze georiënteerd. De vezels worden ook specifiek automatisch ingesteld om zich beter tegen bepaalde lasten te kunnen verzetten. De vezel High Modulus laat een grote voorbeeldige flexibiliteit toe.

Monocoque :
De monocoque bouw is een concept van het meest efficiënt om een ultralicht frame te verkrijgen. De monocoque technologie waarborgt de perfecte fusie van de samengestelde materialen, niet alleen op de zichtbare externe lagen, maar ook binnen, elke vermoeidheid aan de punten van unie worden zo vermijdt in vergelijking met de traditioneel en meer economische methode van bouw van frames. De verf behoudt zich beter dank zij deze opvattingmethode.
De spanning wordt op optimale wijze op de hele structuur, zonder verbindingen, zonder overgang verdeeld, de kritische zones worden vermeden. Het frame kan zich tegen alle kilometers verzetten, de structuur die in geen enkel opzicht zijn prestatie verliest: een Verbier zal zich jaren houden. Alle Verbier frames zijn in overeenstemming met de Europese normen CEN die als bijzonder streng worden beschouwd. Er is ook de schitterende vorm van het frame dat enig via de monocoque technologie te verkrijgen is. Behalve efficiënt zijn, is de Verbier ook mooi!
